To provide spiritual leadership CAIAC Family’s worship ministries through the gift of music and prayer, sharing the Word of God and the news of Jesus Christ with the congregation and community, through the use of song, multimedia, visual and non-visual performances, and to help the congregation and community understand and experience the love of Christ and develop a strong foundation in faith.

To work with the session and the Nurture and Growth Team to provide, plan, organize, resource and direct the Christian Education programs for all ages. Also, it is responsible to train lay leaders for the task of teaching and leading Christian Education in a shared capacity.

To provide a setting for individuals to bring prayer concerns to intercessors. Intercessors are individuals who volunteer and have been approved by the Prayer Ministry. The Prayer Ministry is responsible to prepare the intercessory prayer schedule. Also, this ministry is looking forward to plan watching (vigils), fasting, and “early bird” prayer to stand in the gap for our ministry, families, community, country, and all nations! To integrate an evangelistic spirit into all facets of our church life: children, youth, adults and worship. Work toward the goal of seeing more people come to know and trust Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior and commit to become members of our church. Give oversight to evangelistic calling, newcomer classes and integration into our church.

The goal of stewardship ministry in the church is to lead people into spiritual formation that allows them to trust God, to serve God, and enjoy God with all they are and all they have.
Scripture teaches us to live out a generous response to God’s abundance in all that we have and with all that we are. Scripture also teaches us to enter into practices through which the Holy Spirit can work to transform us into the image of God’s son. That’s why the purpose of the church’s stewardship committee and the focus of its programs should be to develop methods and means to call people into personal growth as people with capacity to give, serve, and care generously. Stewardship: Giving of our time, talent, and treasure to glorify God, and edify the body of Christ. |
The church leader of Missions’ basic job is to provide leadership for a church’s missions ministries. This person reports directly to the senior pastor, and is responsible for leading in the development and implementation of comprehensive missions ministries. This involves discovering mission’s opportunities and developing a long-range plan with goals, strategies, and action plans.

The church Minister of Missions oversees all ministries relating to the Church Missions Development Council, including enlisting, training, and supervising staff for needed ministries. The church Minister of Missions also supervises budget development and expenditures of budgeted and other funds.

Provide appealing yet Christ-centered entertainment in CAIAC Family. This ministry is responsible for planning family event to promote fellowship among CAIAC Family. Also, it is in charge of each Friday gathering after service “Breaking the Bread”, assigning refreshments among the members.
In accordance with pastors, recreational activities or events will be developed to maintain the unity, love, and great fellowship among brethren in C.A.I.A.C. Families and magnificent opportunities to evangelize with our testimony where ever we go! |
